• Rewards are earned automatically in-store or online and are linked to your customer account via email—no physical coupons required.
• Rewards balances may be checked by creating an account on our website using the same email address used in-store.
• Rewards expire one (1) year from the date they are earned.

Class & Retreat Policy

Registration

• Advance registration is required for all classes and retreats.
• A minimum of three (3) participants is required for a class to run. The Sewing Box reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment.

Cancellation Policy for Classes

We understand that plans can change and strive to be fair to both our customers and instructors.

• 14 days or more before the start date: Full store credit
• 7–13 days before the start date: 50% store credit
• Less than 7 days before the start date: No credit
• Registrations may be transferred to another class, if space is available. Please contact us for assistance.
• No-shows are not eligible for store credit.

Retreats, Special Events & Guest Instructors

Classes, workshops, or retreats featuring guest instructors or multi-day events may require a longer cancellation window. Any special cancellation terms will be clearly noted in the class description at the time of registration.

If We Cancel

If The Sewing Box must cancel a class or retreat due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full store credit.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The Sewing Box Quilt Shop will never sell or share your personal information.

• Information collected is used only for order fulfillment, customer rewards, demographics, and communication.
• With your permission, you may receive email and/or text messages from us. You may opt out at any time.

Returns Policy

All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
• Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
• We recommend shipping confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Please include a copy of your receipt with all returns.

No returns on:

• Cut fabrics
• Patterns
• Books
• Threads

Due to variations in screen displays, fabric colors may vary slightly. We encourage customers to view fabrics on the manufacturer’s website if color accuracy is a concern.

Cancellation Policy (Other Items)

• Pre-orders and Block of the Month subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All other subscription cancellation policies will be stated within the listing of the subscription.
• Gift cards are non-refundable at any time.

Shipping Policy

• We do not offer international shipping.
• Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 2 business days.
