Join us at The Sewing Box Quilt Shop for a special Maple Festival Weekend Quilting Retreat.

Spend the weekend sewing at your own pace in our well-equipped classroom, enjoying great food, relaxing evenings, and a few Maple Festival extras that make this retreat something special.

Retreat Schedule

• Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Classroom Amenities

Enjoy full use of our Sewing Box classroom, featuring:

• Individual, spacious, workstations with excellent lighting and ergonomic KOALA chairs

• Large cutting stations, pressing stations with Oliso irons, and design walls

• A well stocked food and beverage station available throughout the day & evening 

• ADA accessible bathroom 

Evenings are just as enjoyable, with movie nights and games—the perfect way to unwind after a productive day of sewing (or keep sewing and get every once of stitching time your little heart desires)!

Bring your sewing machine and the projects you’re excited to work on—UFOs welcome. Set up on Friday and break down on Sunday. This retreat is about comfort, creativity, and community, all wrapped into a weekend that pairs beautifully with the charm of Meyersdale Maple Festival.
